This stuff is really quality cause it doesn’t have any grains or preservatives. It’s more expensive than the cheap stuff, but well worth it if you care about your cat.
I have bought two bags of this stuff in the past and won’t buy it ever again. The first bag had kibble in the shape of X’s and it broke apart and my cat wouldn’t eat it once it was crumbled, although he did seem to like it when it wasn’t. The second bag had circular shaped pieces that did not break apart. During this whole time period, my cat had a decrease in energy that I assumed was age related, but when I switched him back to Taste of the Wild, his energy and playfulness returned. I have no idea why Nature’s Variety would decrease a cat’s energy and playfulness, but that’s exactly what we experienced with our cat. We’ll never buy this stuff again.
